"While I was a still girl, I loved my art classes at school. I always went home from class covered with colors, my mind filled with ideas. Time passed and, as I grew older, I began to look for elements to compose the present in the references of my past.

"I was a teenager when I acquired a sewing machine, some fabric and tools. I already knew what I wanted to do with these materials, and I enrolled in a sewing course. I used what I learned to begin crafting bags, and customizing clothing as gifts for friends. And my ideas began to spread through the city where I lived. Soon I was taking orders and working as though I was an adult.

"As new models appeared, I saw the need to add more individuality to each piece, so I began embroidering, crocheting, using appliqué and other art forms to make my designs even more special. My grandmother was a talented artisan, very creative, and when I was a child, she taught me all kinds of techniques. From her, I learned new ways of using my materials. But most important, she taught me that I could make anything in the world, if I worked with love and dedication.

"Today I'm already a woman, but the playful universe in which I live permits me to continue doing what I did as a child, through my creations. Most of the pieces I create today are exclusive, with many handmade details and special materials that I find in several places in Brazil. My designs are crafted by hand, enchanting those who see them and awakening their own childhood memories.

The watercolors of childhood, the feel of the fabrics, the forms of nature, precious memories of our past, our soap operas and Brazilian films with their tropical models – everything is part of this universe. Strong colors that are alive, that don't disappoint the eyes of a girl who grew up creating what she wanted."
